About Fightress

Fightress Aaron, she/her, is a student intern in the Masters in Marriage, Couple and Family Counseling at Walden University.  Also a member of the Chi Sigma Iota honor society, Fightress is passionate about serving individuals and couples as they navigate the challenges of life: marital issues, work-life balance and job related stress. Additionally, Fightress works with each client on their personal growth and development.
Fightress’s therapeutic orientation is based on an integrative style that utilizes a collaborative person-centered and solutions-focused approach and focuses on the client’s strengths. Fightress believes it is possible to heal from past trauma while achieving present goals.
Fightress’s professional interests include: supporting parents, person’s of color and members of the LGBTQ+ community as they navigate societal adversities while making their mental health a priority.
In addition to counseling, Fightress is a doula and herbalist. Fightress has been married for 10 years and she and her partner have two children.
Fightress looks forward to helping clients to heal, repair, grow and thrive in all aspects of their lives and relationships!
